Air India on a hiring spree, to recruit 2,000 crew members likely by 2019


India’s fourth largest airline, Spice Jet, has decided to add four Bombardier turboprop aircraft, Q400, to its fleet with a focus to get more North-eastern states on its network and also to meet the growing passenger demands during the upcoming festive season.


SpiceJet is now conducting walk-in-interviews at various cities in India to hire female Cabin Crew.

Air Carnival is an Indian regional airline based at Coimbatore International Airport with a hub at Chennai International Airport. The airline was founded in 2013 as a charter airline but has since transitioned to scheduled operations within South India, which were launched in July 2016. Air Carnival is being promoted by Coimbatore Marine College (CMC) Group. As of August 2016, it flies to three destinations using one ATR 72-500.
