Designed for one or two people, you can either travel alone or choose to take a friend with you to share the experience.
If you are lucky enough to travel in The Residence, you’ll be looked after by a whole team of people including:
- A VIP Travel Concierge who will work with you to manage your trip from start to finish. They can order the ingredients for your favourite meal, book your Etihad Chauffeur or make changes to your itinerary to suit your needs.
- The Etihad Chauffeur Driver will pick you up from your home or office (or wherever you want) and drop you off to your final destination at the end of your journey, providing you with a door-to-door experience
- When you arrive at the airport you will be greeted by your Personal Butler, who ensure your on-board experience is unsurpassed by anything you have ever experienced (or will again) on-board an aircraft. Trained at The Savoy in London, he will be there to assist you every step of the way, be it delivering breakfast in bed or helping you plan your après-flight itinerary
