More Airline Jobs by starting services to new destinations Nagpur-Bhubaneswar-Allahabad

Bhubaneswar: The State Capital will soon be connected with two other cities of the country namely Allahabad and Nagpur as Indigo airlines is planning to operate Nagpur-Bhubaneswar-Allahabad flight service under UDAN Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS).
Initial discussion with the officials of Ministry of Civil Aviation has begun. Senior official of the ministry Usha Padhi had informed on the development during her recent visit to State. The service will pave the way for connecting Odisha to western and northern parts of India.

“The fliers, especially the pilgrims of Tribeni Sangam and Jagannath Dham, will be greatly benefitted by the service,” said Suresh Chandra Hota, director of Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar.

Another good news for the international fliers from the State is that the Air India will operate three-day Bhubaneswar-Bangkok service in a week. The flag carrier airline which had announced two-day Bhubaneswar-Bangkok service earlier, has increased its frequency keeping good business in view.
